Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, remote controls, and instruction manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
