How do I choose the right size ceiling fan for my room?
For optimal airflow, we recommend a 36-44 inch fan for rooms up to 100 sq. ft., a 52-inch fan for rooms up to 400 sq. ft., and 60-inch or larger models for great rooms and open floor plans.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered or modified items are final sale.
Do you provide installation services?
TEDS Lights and Fans specializes in retail; however, we provide detailed installation guides with every product and can recommend certified local electricians in your area.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems?
Many of our modern LED fixtures and DC motor fans are compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and Bond hubs. Look for the 'Smart-Enabled' badge on the product page.
What should I do if my glass fixture arrives broken?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any glass components are damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement part free of charge.
